 This folder contains a 64-bit Virtual Machine image of a HUBzero server,
 configured and ready to run on Debian GNU/Linux 5.0. This Virtual Machine
 image has been prepared for VMware. In order to run the virtual machine,
 you must download and install the following software:

   * WINDOWS: VMware Player
      http://downloads.vmware.com/d/info/desktop_downloads/vmware_player/3_0

   * MACOSX: VMware Fusion
      http://downloads.vmware.com/d/info/desktop_downloads/vmware_fusion_for_the_mac/3_0

   * LINUX: VMware Player
      http://downloads.vmware.com/d/info/desktop_downloads/vmware_player/3_0

 Copy the "hubzerovm-1.0.0" folder from this folder to your local (non-flash)
 drive. Then, start VMware, choose "Open a Virtual Machine," and select the
 VM in the folder that you copied. VMware may ask you if you copied the machine,
 and you should say "yes." Once your machine starts up, the hub should
 be up and running!

 To get your hub on the network it will need DHCP or some other way of getting
       its own IP address (we highly recommend using VMware's 'Host Only' mode)
       then you'll need to follow these steps:
    Login to your hub as 'root', the password is Hubbub2011.
    Find your IP address by running 'ifconfig' and record the 'inet addr:' for eth0.
    Edit the file '/etc/hosts' and replace the IP address listed for
       myhub.hubzero.org with the your hub's real IP.
    Edit the file '/etc/hubzero/maxwell.conf' and replace the IP address
       listed in the 'visualization_params' variable located at the bottom
       of the file.
    Run 'reboot' so that your HUBzero server will start with the right IP
       address. Log back in and double check the IP address.
 You can now reach your hub by entering the IP address into your browser.
